Where to draw the line with AI?
How to get the most out of AI in your business? So far, I've found that the critical elements are proper delegation and strategic boundaries. AI is powerful, and when applied with care toward specific zones of your back office, that automation can unlock so much free space.
But when AI is directed toward the wrong zones? Areas where human oversight and hands-on involvement are vitally important to the health of your business, your reputation, and relationships? Things get messy real quick.
AI currently is as much about where we DON'T apply it as it is about where we do. Restraint, careful delegation, and a deep understanding of where those no-go zones are make a world of difference. It's the difference between a business that's "AI-powered" on the surface, but scattered and losing integrity underneath, and those who are genuinely moved forward by a helping AI hand.
Are there areas where you've decided not to apply AI in your workflow or SOPs? Shoot me an email with your thoughts; I’d love to discuss. hello@rachelleedom.com
