For business owners who are ready to move. I build out custom prompts, SOPs, and adoption steps for a focused rollout, with enough emotional support to make it stick. Includes two calls, hands-on execution, and async support throughout.

Best for: Business owners who need help putting AI into practice in one key area. We break ground together and trial one key workflow before we run full force with it all.

This is a conversation to start popping the hood on your operations, workflows, and bottlenecks. This may look like going deep on one problem or a surface-level scan of everything. It varies case by case. The goal of this call is to find the right path for your current needs.

  • Not at all. My clients are business operators, not developers. Everything I deliver is written for someone running a real business. No code, no jargon, no assumptions about your technical background. If you can use email and a Word or Google Doc, you can use what I build with you, don't worry.

  • This varies by service. A Readiness Audit is a single session. The Workflow Mapping typically runs one to two weeks. Building a Workflow or Full Implementation is scoped 20-30 days. I keep timelines short by design. Monthly retainers keep us in contact with each other much more frequently.

  • Typically small businesses with one to fifteen people, in services, creative industries, wellness, consulting, or operations-heavy sectors. If you're running a real business with real bottlenecks and limited time, we're probably a fit.

  • Both, let me explain. Strategy without implementation is useless. I deliver a recommendation plan, and I support the actual adoption: prompts, tool setup guidance, SOPs, and a follow-up to troubleshoot what's not clicking. You won't be left with a document and a good luck hand-off.

  • Then I'll let you know. The brief Discovery Call and my Readiness Audit exist specifically to find that out. If the honest answer is "not yet" or "not here," that's what you'll hear, along with what would actually help. I care deeply about the people I work with and do my best to point them toward effective solutions - even if that is saying you don't need a full AI overhaul yet.


  • A small number, by design. This isn't a volume practice. When you're working with me, you have my real attention.

  • For the sake of transparency, I do utilize my trusty pal Claude for research, cross examination, strategy assistance, document organization, and creation. This deepens my knowledge and capacity to offer the best solutions possible, while freeing up more time and energy for relationship-building.
