Every session is built around the same principle as my consulting: adjusting our mindset is half the battle. Making this shift may not seem easy, but it can be simpler and smoother than you think. I talk through the inner shifts we need to make to allow space for ease, flexibility, and freedom - which can be unfamiliar feelings when we've always strived for success through struggle.
